This booklet is provided to raise money for the charity childline and provide costs for PPE for our return back to the studio. The booklet is to help not only to improve Flexibility, Strength, technique and build ups as a growing dancer but to add nutritional advice, cycle tracking, well being suggestions, meditation to help us all focus on our own progress.
